Case study
The engine behind loTouch has been running a real business for years.
Rockstar Music Central delivers music education across the Greater Toronto Area — in-home and in-studio lessons in dozens of neighbourhoods. Scaling that means juggling teacher travel, trial lessons, cancellations, makeups and payroll across regions. The system that runs it all is the engine loTouch is built on.

Beyond music lessons
What this proves for your industry
Page-1 local search
Route-density businesses win or lose on neighbourhood search — the densest route starts with owning the local result.
$0.90 CPC paid support
High-ticket verticals where a single booked job pays for a month of clicks — paid search as a profitable backstop, not a money pit.
Search-to-payroll loop
Documentation-heavy operations where the job record IS the audit trail — one record from the click to the payroll line.
The closed loop, in production
What ran on the engine
Every neighbourhood and instrument got its own generated, search-optimized landing page — search “Forest Hill Guitar Lessons” and Rockstar shows up on Google’s first page, with real availability behind the booking button.
From there the loop closes itself: the booking lands in the schedule, the right teacher is dispatched by qualifications, territory and travel time, automated email and SMS keep families informed through trials, reschedules and makeups, and the delivered lesson drives the invoice, the card-on-file payment and the teacher’s payroll line. One system, from search result to payday.

Acquisition front end
Built to be seen everywhere
Parents search for lessons on their phones between school pickups. Every generated landing page is responsive and fast — the same page that ranks on desktop converts on a phone screen, with booking a tap away.
No separate mobile site to maintain, no agency redesigns. New regions and instruments get their pages generated with the same speed and structure built in.

Analytics
Measured, not guessed
Organic rankings carried the load; supporting paid search filled the gaps — 492 clicks from 14.6K impressions at a $0.90 average cost per click in a single month.
Because acquisition and operations live in one system, every dollar of spend traces through to booked lessons, delivered hours and revenue — not to a dashboard nobody reconciles.

Your industry next
Music lessons were first.
The same loop now runs for any team that goes to the customer — scheduling, dispatch, routing, messaging, billing and payroll, shaped to the rules of your industry.
