Routing is travel-time-aware, not straight-line: the system calculates real drive time between jobs before it offers a slot, so a booking that looks open on a calendar but torpedoes the route never gets offered. Live GPS shows where every provider actually is, so same-day additions and reassignments slot into the densest route instead of blowing up the afternoon. And when a customer questions the hours on an invoice, the GPS log settles it.
